Okay so I am going for the survivor title and I plan on going through kilroy's. So I was wondering if putting furious and brawns over brain on the thunderfist will speed up the killing? I also don't have the requirements 9 dagger mastery so this will drop my damage also.

Not really. The furious helps in one hit out of ten, but the vast majority of damage is done by skills, not weapon damage.

The Brawns over Brains helps. The rest are just marginally increases. Its a five minute run anyway, so shaving off a few seconds makes very little difference.
